Commercial Kitchen

Our newly built commercial kitchen has been inspected and licensed by CYFD and the City of Albuquerque’s Environmental Health Department. It features brand new appliances including a commercial grade refrigerator, freezer, 3-compartment sink and hand washing sink. Food will be prepared on a brand new 6-burner stove with a large compacity oven. The stove is protected by an ANSUL Restaurant Fire Suppression System which will protect occupants, equipment and the facility in case of a stove fire.
