Meet Our Staff

Each of our teachers use the Focused Portfolio assessment tool to better help us meet the individual needs of every child. Teachers design activities to take children through each of the levels of learning: initial exploration, becoming comfortable with the skill, and eventually mastery of the skill. All teachers develop and implement lesson plans for their class rooms with outcomes in mind and are flexible to allow the interests of the children to be the primary focus of learning.
